DRONE-BASED INSPECTION SOLUTIONS

(06/2022)

Sustainable and safe industrial services

Since the earliest days of our company, we have cultivated one quality in particular: the resolution to overcome challenges by seeing in them a chance to innovate.  Thus, we are excited to share with you operational solutions and detailed technical specifications for the utilization of drones on industrial oil and gas sites to automatically collect detailed and accurate data for authorities.

The identification and quantification of methane gas leaks will become mandatory for all oil and gas companies within the EU in accordance with EU Regulation 2019/942, which is set to be ratified by the end of 2023.

Challenges

  • REGULATIONS Quarterly Mandatory Reporting of Methane Data
  • EFFICIENCY Conventional inspection techniques require substantial human resources and thus financial expenditures
  • SAFETY Human workers exposed to harsh environments resulting in health and safety risks
  • ENVIRONMENT Unidentified methane leaks resulting in avoidable greenhouse gas emissions

Advantages of CI Drone-Based Solutions

  • ENHANCED SAFETY
    • Reducing the need for human workers to access potentially hazardous or hard-to-reach areas
    • Minimizing risks associated with working at heights, confined spaces, or other dangerous environments
  • COST EFFICIENCY
    • Reduce costs associated with manual inspections and monitoring

Providing comprehensive data collection at a fraction of the time and expenses of traditional methods

  • INCREASED ACCURACY AND PRECISION
    • CI Drone technology enables precise inspections and measurements, improving the accuracy of asset assessments
  • IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
    • Quickly collect data and provide real-time insights
    • Faster identification of issues, process inefficiencies, or equipment failures
    • Enable prompt corrective actions, minimizing downtime and maximizing overall productivity
    • Quickly and autonomously navigate large areas
    • Pre-programmed flight paths and measuring points make inspections fully repeatable (including parameters and sensor measurements)
  • REMOTE MONITORING AND SURVEILLANCE
    • Monitor plant operations, equipment, and infrastructure remotely
    • Real-time monitoring, early detection of anomalies, and proactive maintenance
Improving operational efficiency and minimizing the risk of failures or accidents
  • SCALABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
    • Deployment and operation in various industrial plant environments
    • Adaptation to different situations and conditions
    • Highly scalable and flexible for inspections, maintenance, and monitoring tasks
  • ENVIRONMENTAL Impact
    • Drone utilization has the potential to reduce up to 95% of carbon emissions (Source: WEF)
    • Drone utilization has the potential to reduce up to 90% of methane emissions (Source: WEF)

Fields of Activities

  • Pipeline Leak Detection
    • Inspection of underground and above-ground oil and gas pipelines
  • Facility Inspection
    • Utilizing drones for the inspection of industrial facilities offers significant advantages to the O&G industry
  • Metal Detection
    • Utilization of drones for underground metal detection
  • Powerline Inspection
    • The use of drones for inspection of power lines, transformer stations and other electrical installations

COMMITTED TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDG)

We report. We are approved. We are certified.
