Heaters, burners, and ancillary installations
For all types of heaters, burners, and ancillary installations in operation in the OMV Petrom Production:
- Overhauls, technical inspections, routine, and general repairs, including inspection, repair of safety devices, measuring, and control devices, repair of gas tracks, washing of space between ferrules, paint coating restoration, thermal insulation restoration etc.
- Reconditioning and manufacturing of components according to quality requirements
- Replacement of parts such as pressure, regulators, valves, nozzles, tees, connecting parts, adapters, measuring and control devices, burners, etc.
- Non-destructive testing, function and pressure tests, verification of measurements for noxious flue gas emissions.

Valves
For all types of valves in operation in the OMV Petrom Production Area:

- Replacement, reconditioning and manufacturing of components such as: housing & caps, rods, expandable wedges/ drawers, seats, threaded heads/ flange joints, actuators

Pumping units
For all types of pumping and reducing units operating in the OMV Petrom Production Area, such as:

- UARC Belt and Reducer Drive Units for Progressive Cavity Pumps – PCP

Pumping, eruption, and injection heads
For all types of pumps, eruption, and injection heads in operation in the OMV Petrom Production Area:
- Overhauls, technical inspections, routine, and general repairs, including cleaning and washing of parts, etc.
- Reconditioning and manufacturing of components, according to quality requirements
- Replacement of parts such as valves, nozzles, tees, connecting parts, adapters, etc.
- Non-destructive testing, function and pressure tests
Equipment manufacturing and mechanical manufacturing and processing
Manufacture of equipment such as:
- Beams, re-tanks, pressure vessels, production skids, metal platforms and areas used for the storage of equipment and subassemblies, special platforms, supports, slabs, chassis for pumping and pumps with progressive cavities etc.
- This equipment will be made based on the technical documentation provided by OMV Petrom
- The parts executed by mechanical processing will be made/ reconditioned, both in order to complete the orders for repairs or replacement of parts of the equipment, and separately, through individual orders.

Other equipment and subassemblies
Additionally, the following services are included for overhauls, and current repairs, including technical inspections and testing, for other equipment and subassemblies of petroleum machinery, such as:
- Repairs to masts, towers, tripods, replacement of parts such as safety components, ladders, railing posts, tower crown repairs, etc.
- Repair of other equipment and subassemblies of petroleum machinery, such as blowers and fans, level indicators, flotation cells, etc.
- Repair of tools and equipment workover and intervention at wells
Additional activities/ guarantees
During the execution of the service, the contractor will perform or coordinate the following additional activities, if necessary:
- Welding of components (special procedures)
- Heat treatments
- Non-destructive examinations
- Packaging of components for transport
- Transport
- Installation of equipment
- Guarantee that the services will be provided in compliance with all OMV Petrom standards and regulations
- Qualified and authorized personnel in accordance with the legislation and regulations
- Comply with the specifications of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and/ or good practice
- Prepare the technical execution documentation, which will be approved by OMV Petrom in case of changing
- Re-repair will be performed with original spare parts or by recognized manufacturers
- Each repaired/ manufactured equipment or subassembly will be delivered together with the documents regarding the volume of repaired/ replaced parts (equipment protocol), test sheets, storage and protection instructions including non-metallic parts), quality certificate and certificate of guarantee
