Our application process - Step by step to your new job

2. Select the position you are interested in & submit your application
This is easy to do via our careers page. Please make sure that your application documents are complete and that your contact details are correct.
3. Review of application
Our HR team and the relevant specialist department will carefully review your application. This step usually takes one to two weeks.
4. Interview invitation
If your qualifications and experience match our advertised position, we will invite you to an initial virtual interview. This will allow us to get to know you better, discuss your skills and answer any questions you may have about the position and our company.
5. Follow-up interview or trial day (depending on the position)
The initial online interview is followed by an internal assessment. If you are selected for the next stage of the application process, we will invite you to a second, in-person meeting at one of our locations (Graz, Wels or Vienna). For some positions, a trial working day can be arranged.
6. Decision and feedback
After the interviews, we discuss all impressions internally and make a decision. You will receive prompt feedback in any case - because we appreciate the time and effort you have invested in your application.
