Scope of work
- First stage of modernization Ammonia 3 in collaboration with Ammonia Casale
- Revamp of key rotating and static equipment
- Planning in Primavera of all activity related with TAR 2015 and CASALE PROJECT
- Erection of all static a and dynamic equipment according with scheduled plan for CASALE PROJECT
Spotlights
- Revamping of two centrifugal compressors for ammonia 3, type 2BC9 and 2BCF 9–8 from Dresser Rand in 45 days
- Repairs for 25 centrifugal pumps, 10 turbines (from 1 MW – 20 MW), 5 gear box, 20 fans, 3 reciprocating compressors and 10 blowers
- Maintenance activities for 6 reactors, 11 condensers, 6 columns, 10 heaters, over 30 motors and other repair works on systems and equipment such as coolers, preheaters, filters, valves
- Replacement of gas distributor at CO2 absorption column – Ammonia Plant
- Pressure test – More then 4000 linear meters of pipeline
- Execution of repair works after inspection report
- All Tie-ins and interconnecting with AMMONIA CASALE PROJECT
