At Christof Industries, we believe that being a member of industry or other associations, as well as international organisations, is a key element in our engagements with stakeholders in embracing industry best practices and achieving the UN SDGs. Since 2020 we have made significant progress by establishing partnerships with relevant organisations.

UN Women

At Christof Industries, we believe in gender equality and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. Since July 2020, we have been an active member of UN Women Austria, an organisation for gender equality, working to develop and uphold standards and create an environment in which every woman and girl can exercise her human rights and live up to her full potential. As a key part of this, we support the Women’s Empowerment Principles and are part of the Target Gender Equality programme.

UN Global Compact

FMT Industrieholding has officially become a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This marks a renewed and strengthened commitment to the ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

FMT Industrieholding encompasses Christof Industries Austria GmbH, Christof Industries CRO d.o.o., Christof Industries SLO d.o.o., Ferromount Bulgaria Ltd., FMT Personalservice GmbH, and Christof Project Italia SRL—all united under the Christof Industries brand. As a collective, we are dedicated to advancing sustainable industrial solutions and aligning our operations with responsible business practices.

Supporting the UN Global Compact is both a privilege and a responsibility. It connects us to a global network of more than 10,000 companies across 160+ countries, all working towards a more sustainable and ethical future. At Christof Industries, we embrace this mission wholeheartedly and will continue to drive innovation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility at every level of our operations.

International Association of Oil and Gas Producers

Together with IOGP, we are actively working to make our activities in the oil and gas sector sustainable and safe. This includes minimising energy consumption and leak detection and a wealth of initiatives developed in the IOPG work groups. Furthermore, we are committed to the IOGP Life Saving Rules, which are based on the members’ rich experience and are reflected in our outstanding occupational safety performance.
