1. Overall project coordination and administration
Lead management of the consortium AFI (project director) | Site management and technical leadership | Warehousing | Monthly progress follow up | Monthly update of time schedule | Doc-control and distribution | Coordination of the FMT subcontractors
2. Installation works
Installation of all the mechanical equipment | Installation of steelstructures (4,500 tons of platforms, pipe racks and building structures) | Tank insulations (60,000 m² of insulation) | Installation of all the electrical equipment (950 MCC’s, VDF’s and transformers) | Installation of the instrumentation (> 2,000 hook ups) | Grouting (non shrinking and concrete) | Refractory work lime kiln (800 tons) | Acid proof tile lining works | Painting of tanks and steelstructures | Concrete lining of tanks
