VYNCKE Thailand (2007)
The technical concept comprises a biomass-fired combined heat and power plant (CHP) with a grate-fired boiler. The boiler is fed with a mixture of biomass / palm stalks. The plant has been in operation since 2007.
The contract included the following systems:
- Basic engineering of the boiler and combustion system
- Production drawings of the boiler with air-cooled combustion grate
- Strength calculation according to ASME
- Thermal verification
- ASME test procedure specification
- Steel construction structural analysis
