- The goal of Christof Industries was the industrialization of 450t input food waste per day
- The operation should run 365 days a year
- Our scope was to turn the pilot plant with 5t input a day to an industrial scale
- All scaling from nursery department to end products protein, oil, and other products like soil and chitin were digitally measured and then processed
- Christof Industries did the turnkey scope together with the research collaboration of the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa)
