Weigh Hoppers: Precise Measurements for Perfect Results

Precision batching of individual components is necessary in order to optimise costs and to guarantee high levels of quality in production processes. Doubrava’s weigh hoppers employ very accurate weighing and batching technology. It takes years of experience, high-quality manufacturing, and the use of superior load cells to achieve weigh hoppers with the degree of precision that ours demonstrate.

Our Standard Models

  • Weigh hoppers for liquids with single or multiple chambers
  • Enclosed weigh hoppers for materials that emit dust and open weigh hoppers for materials that do not
  • Aluminium containers for establishing the tare weight
  • Batching device for lightweight materials with additional volumetric batching possible (e.g. EPS, perlite, etc.)
