The advantage of our patented process is that it is possible to use unpurified raw oils, resulting in far greater quantities of bio-diesel than in traditional processes. The process has been perfected so that not only the desired bio-diesel, but also numerous by-products (e.g. agricultural fertilisers, pharmaceutical raw materials) are commercialisable.
Efficiency thanks to flexible “feed”
The multi-feedstock bio-diesel plant makes it possible to process not only unpurified rapeseed oil, but a diverse range of spent cooking oils, spent cooking fat, fatty acids and other vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, corn oil, etc.) of varying quality (FFA content). In line with our customers’ requirements, we can plan, develop and construct multi-feedstock bio-diesel plants of any size. Currently, plants with an annual output of up to 250,000 t of bio-diesel are in operation.
